Welcome to the First Friday Philosophy Club; a feel-good, creative community about self-acceptance, self-belief, worthiness, taking action and positive change.

 

VALUE YOURSELF

I am learning, with a growing confidence, that everything you need you already have inside of you... and that living from this place as consistently as possible, allows you to create a life of freedom, meaning, creativity, abundance, peace, joy, ease, authenticity and beauty.

I believe more and more, that we can all learn to:

 

- really trust our intuition and instinct
- live from a kind and giving heart, whilst being kind and giving to ourselves first as a priority
- use fear as a foundation upon which to build our dream life
- Ladies: tune in to our natural, ebb-and-flow, energy, noticing that it gently nudges us towards a change of pace in a way that helps us avoid burnout (Spin-off workshops)
- allow what you truly want to lead the way, both in daily routine and in big mountain decisions
- realise that no time is EVER wasted and,
- know, with your whole heart, that the thing that you have been looking for this whole time

... is you!

Let's uncover who we really are, the power we truly have inside us and start moving our mountains, to show others that they have it within themselves to do the same.
